Join us for the second annual Gathering Oklahoma, a two-day celebration of classic cars and trucks, now open to all vehicles 20 years old or older! Whether you’re bringing your build or just coming to admire others, this event is all about community, craftsmanship, and enjoying great times with fellow enthusiasts.

Vehicle Registration Info

• Any vehicle 20 years or older is eligible to participate

Registration Fees:

  • $40 per vehicle — Pre-registration (available until August 1st 2026)

  • $50 per vehicle — After August 1st, 2026 or at the gate.

This is a rain or shine event. All registration fees are non-refundable once paid.

• Security will be on-site overnight and during all event hours
• All vehicle owners are responsible for any damages they may cause during the event
• The Gathering Oklahoma, its coordinators, and sponsors are not responsible for any accidents, personal injury, theft, damage to vehicles, or loss of personal items during the event

  • Friday August 21st – 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM

  • Saturday August 22nd – 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
